How It Works
- There’s no need to make an appointment. We’ll take care of you on the spot to get you on your way quickly.
- DNA is obtained by swabbing each cheek (buccal swab) of all persons tested.
- A legal Chain of Custody will be completed for all persons tested.
- Photo of the child with the mother or legal guardian will be taken at time of test.
What Do I Bring?

Personal Identification
State issued ID for mother or guardian and any person submitting DNA specimen. If guardian, guardianship papers must be presented.

Birth Documentation
Child’s birth certificate (or letter from birth center that birth certificate application has been submitted) and Social Security card if available.

Contact Information
Name, address, phone, and email address of attorney or judge requesting DNA test (if applicable).
